The first prosecution under race relations law was a black person. He called his persecutors 'white monkeys'. For that he was given a prison sentence.

Kingsley-Reed (NF, NP), on the other hand, was given a pat on the back by the judge, after he made a speech at a far-right rally in East London stating: 'one down a million to go' in reference to the recent death of an Asian man, who was murdered by racists.
