The War against terrorism goes far beyond
oil.Political resistance in Saudi Arabia
is extinct, its security services are very
effective. Yet the Saudis bankroll Islamic
terrorism, as long as its not in their own
country.

It is a red herring to believe that some
form of popular uprising is a possibility
there. The US gives its full support, Saudi
is no Iran.Oil production is not at its
peak. The former USSR has more oil reserves
then Saudi (althrough many of these producing
countries are to unstable to depend upon).
The US also has a vast reserve. We should
also remember that Saudi oil money is tied
up in the US economy and it is a near
impossibility they will suddenly attempt to
throw the US out or become destabalised.

What is US imperialism ? It is an economic/
political system that seeks to make local
populations psychologically dependent on
its goods and culture, and controls the
market in which these goods are sold.It is
inherently a zionist creation and is zionist
controlled.

Countries wishing to maintain their own
independent culture are not accepable.
They are dealt with in a various ways, the
ultimate sanction being the big stick.
The stand of Islamic fundamentalists can be
compared to the stand of the native American
in the past only the native American did not
have flying bombs.

I credit the writer for connecting the Palestinian interfada with the current
strategy of the war on terrorism.
It is at the core of Islamic militancy,
The US will always support Israel no matter
what the price.And even if Israel was de-stabalised, capitalism would continue unabatted as its heart is in New York.
(That is why the trade center attacks were
so symbolic).

Ultimatly the war on terrorism is a war
about not only about the control of oil but also a clash of cultures.Zionism v Islam.

The question is will muslims here be appeased
with drugs and pulp culture or will they
kick back in a seach to restore their traditional culture.Its only just beginning.
