Don't get too chummy with the yuppies. While it might be safer to walk past a group of yuppies on the street (somewhere I've seldom seen them, by the way; don't they go everywhere by taxi?), than past a gang of blacks, rest assured that when it comes to the crunch the former hate the likes of you far more than the latter. And, if you are really the working class Oldhamer you claim to be, you'll find you have more in common with the latter too.

Not that you want to admit it....
