That stuff about Miss Black America and some dick thinking it was a real person made me piss. One fash reckons he'd have to turn to the Prozac if he was at a gig with Billy Bragg; well if it's not ecstasy turning our beloved enemy into gurning tree hugging pacifists it's another tipple. But seriously; I might have this totally wrapped round me arse, but didn't AFA/RA policy always used to be No Platform. Was a time when any kind of debate with fash, even if as they do they were just making themselves look stupid (Guns and Roses were an Anarchist Leftist band according to an issue of B&H). Should we be letting them air their views on our sites? Someone who isn't clued up could come on to this site and see the new 'Euro-Nationalist' friends of ours talking 'commonsense'. We've known for a long time that most fash come from the same backgrounds as us and experience many of the same problems as us, doesn't mean we should be exchanging good natured pub banter on a web site, they're still pricks who chose to betray their own class. My last point; does anyone have a view on this, that the far-right's 'no more marches...etc' line also causes problems for AFA/RA members as mobilisations were a great chance to come together, swap ideas, communicate, meet militants from other parts of the country. As the fash have moved away from it, so we are starved of contact. Can I also have some open and honest comments about this 'No Platform' group who have split from AFA. My hunch is that they are mostly the non-RA element who are pretty sick of RA's domination. I am an Anarchist myself, but have alot of respect for RA, they are often alot more organised and committed than us; I have fought beside them and would always want to work alongside them, so don't fucking flame me yer tarts.
