Michael, what I do acknowledge is that racism is often linked to a difference in skin colour, but this not a necessary condition of racism. Irish people have been the victims of racism throughout history and anti-semitism is another case of racism that is not based on colour difference.

However, black people have a clear identity, and because of that, they overwhelmingly bear the brunt of racism in contemporary society. Racial harassment and violence is for the most part directed at Asian members of the community and to a lesser extent at Afro-Carribeans. This is what you fail to acknowledge Michael.
