The thing is that the SA offer precious little comfort to the white underclass voters. The vast majority of the white underclass want to live in a British society and not a multicultural one. They don't want to see anymore immigration. They want to see public money spent on their own folk and not asylum seekers. To most poor white people fighting racism is a totally irrelevant issue except for black/Asian on white racism which the SA denies even exists although any white from an area with a significant ethnic population knows fully well for sure that it happens every day of the week.

No wonder the white underclass rejects the SA and turns to parties that offer them hope and protection even if they are of the Far Right variety. In Tipton Green the socialist candidate came last place with disillusioned voters prefering either the BNP, an independent or best of all Steve Edwards of the Freedom Party over one of Arthur Scargill's minions who after the result was declared turned bitter and frustrated.

In summary the SA is just a bunch of dreamy university academics and Hampstead wine bar types who have probably never done any real work in their lives and have no regard for what society really wants. They are a complete waste of time.
