A debate is what has been needed for some time zippy so I pleased
to engage. Some times interpretaion is the the key. You can not deny that to use marx in the present
day (note I use the term present and not modern) is flawed. One key factor to the working class
becoming free in itself and for itself, is for the organisation that represents it to be working class.
I think the sp have many working class members but are tainted by your attachment to 'international'
issues which put off many working class people. Their needs have to come first and met other
wise the perception that you want to help others before them will not go away. Hence the rise of
the bnp and their results. I have only a limted knowledge of the work in the areas that you have
councilors but, did not remeber you arguing for the means/mode of production being taken back into
state control, or for an armed revoltion. Is this still part of your marxist goal? I am not taking
the piss its justthe reality of the situation needs clarification.
On the info if you go to hackneys website there are egs however most of our
material will be on line in different branches over the coming months. The debate continues
