Maybe I'm off on my history, but Ireland was a substantially poorer place in the early 90s was it not? Of course crime would be higher amongst White people when there is less money....White people commit crime when money is scarce. Black people commit crime whether they have money or not. Hence, many Nigerians are organised criminals and drive better cars, wear better clothes, have easier lives than myself, a working class bloke. They are bourgie motherfuckers don't you think? Dealing their poison to the poor, living off the oppressed's pain blah blah blah.
