Real Ira; 'told you so'?

According to a headline in the Independent security services are claiming that the bomb attributed to the REAL IRA would have 'devestated Brimingham city centre'. Apparently it was the same size 88lbs as the Ealing bomb which blew out a few windows there in August.
Funny isn't it how the REAL IRA can in theory blow up a city centre with a can of petrol while the actual IRA, to achieve the same result had to use an articulated lorry packed with Semtex!
