Kirwan, the idea isn't just to call for a show of hands of those who want to go home. A good resettlement grant would be the carrot, I guess, which they wouldn't overlook. Enough to let them go home and live the life of Riley for the rest of their days........

Hell, make it attractive enough, and I'll even go back to Scotland!
