The PIRA used to chant the old saying "ireland unfree shall never be at peace" They seem to have stopped saying that one. I wonder why. maybe its because it makes people think that the GFA is actually working, that we do actually have peace. If you live somewhere like the Short Strand, its obvious that there is no peace. Now the provisionals seem to be telling us that they were wrong all those years ago. "Ireland unfree actually is at peace" would be appropiate under the circumstances.

You talk about me deciding who lives or dies, i don't, the provisionals "sacred" Green Book does. The provisionals wrote the book, and to be accepted into the PIRA you had to agree to the terms in it. It stated that someone who decomissioned, just like an informer, was a counter-revolutionary, and just like an informer, they will be killed.
You also talk about peace being the only option for this Island now. Please tell me, how will decomissioning do this? once the PIRA hand in, or melt all their weapons, will everyone stop hating eachother? Will the pipe-bomb attacks stop? Will it mean an end to sectarian beatings? I think not!

P.s can anyone please tell me the difference between 'decomissioning' and 'destroying' weapons? Or is this just a white-wash to save face and not loose too much support once it actually happens? I asked this before, but no one seems to want to answer it.
