Congratulations to Sinn Fein, the biggest party of nationalism in the north of Ireland and the fastest growing political force on the island as a whole.

Martin McGuinness (Mid Ulster)
Gerry Adams (West Belfast)

Unionism hopelessly divided. Republicanism at its politically and electorally strongest for decades.

And so much for the "vote-spoilers" of RSF and the IRSP. A resounding rejection of the political immaturity and lack of direction of "dissident republicans" and a marvellous endorsement of Sinn Fein's political strategy.

Now for the 26 Counties...
