More lies from Donald Madperson

Looks like "Duckman" the leader of the SRSM is going frantic in his efforts to find the RA mole on his 'Scottish republican' list... Please note that he further plays himself and his pathetic 'organisation' into the frame in terms of STALKING the TAL editor when he reprints an address in Wales that he believes the TAL editor is resident at. Is this further evidence of the SRSM's conspiracy to murder the editor of TAL?

The old STALKER is obviously losing the place altogether and is playing his organisation and himself personally into the hatred and perverted STALKING of the TAL editor and his family. For the record, the TAL editor's eldest son is now 13 years old, which places him aged 4 at the time of the incident that Duckman claims "he was at least 8" (as if that makes him and his comrade 'sleazy' Stan Green's attack on the TAL editor acceptable!?!) The "conspiracy" by the SRSM against the TAL editor is further verified and indeed is confirmed by Anderson when he say that he has "been looking for him ever since".

You're already in a hole Donald... STOP DIGGING!!!

The racist remarks that he made about the Turkish hunger strikers is dismissed as "banter".

What do the SSP leadership make of this stuff???

Or has it become common currency within their ranks to quote SRSM smears against TAL & RA?

Read on...

I hope nobody minds if I put this on the SR list. 2 reasons.
1) When I sent the reply to one of the address (irsp@netwiz.net) it came back as "failed" (As have other mails I have tried sending to this addy in the past) so he didnt get it.
2) And most importantly, I do not want this to be kept behind "closed doors". I have nothing to hide in any of this as I am not part of any conspiracy. As I have said - I am not a member or supporter of Red Action
(although I do support AFA and was an activist for several years) and my only connection with TAL is that I read it (and support the idea of spreading Republican ideas amongst Celtic supporters - I would support similar initiatives based around other clubs equally so - I really do not
understand why anyone could have a problem with this).

Hello Donald,

I can truthfully say that the first I knew of the posts on the RA site were when I saw reference to them on your list. Nobody has heard of me eh Donald? Well, before I went on your list, I'd never heard of you either (Although I was vaguely aware of SRSP but had
never met any of its members in all my years in the anti-fascist scene and political scene in Edinburgh.)

The only thing I have posted to SR list concerning this is the TAL statement on Jason Kelly which I assumed would be of interest (as it has proved to be). What other items are you referring to that I have posted to your list that could in any way have been considered disruptive?

Does it not occur to you for a moment that there may well be RA supporters on your list? (which is open to anyone to sub to - do you know the identity of every subscriber?)

I have never hidden my own political affiliations - SLP, AFA plus another group which was recently outlawed under Straw's new PTA.

I do not know what you are referring to about Matt Lygate.

As for Stevie Lees, I have not seen the guy since probably 1994 or 95 at the latest.

However, I will say though that all the people on the Left I have met who have denounced Stevie have been without exception the sort of middle-class liberal drivel that I would (and on occasion have) happily kick the crap out of myself given half the chance.

I appreciate you sending me the account below, but until I have seen the RA website and the content that I assume you are refferring to here I can't really say much more.

Hi,
You claim to be a Scottish Republican Socialist, yet know one in the Movement has heard of you, or are aware of any contribution you have made to the cause. Your Postings on the SR site, seems to be about 80% general forwarding, which no one disagrees with. The only time you have specifically mentioned Scotland was to bring up the subject of Steven Lees/Red Action/AFA, to which we replied. I personally do not read his site or paper.
Recently my mail has been flooded with postings forwarded from his site concerning myself and the SRSM. I can only presume that it yourself responsible for forwarding our SR in reply to your promptings. It seems the
worst you can come up with is, to forward some mild banter to comrade on a closed list about a Turkey. I can assure you my Irish prisoner friends are used to stronger banter than that, both ways. You then acknowledged that I do support the prisoners and still kept posting and acting as a conduit for
Lee ravings.

Since he now has the confidence to make public attacks on the SRSM and myself I will impart the following information, perhaps naively in giving you the benefit of the doubt in your ignorance of the man's history.

For the record. It is a fact hat Jason Kelly is not and never has been a member of the SRSM. He is friendly with Donnie Fraser, as you can gather from the list. He was refused access to our events and activities in the
past because of his record in AFA, but that is of no concern of yours, or Mr Lees. It is also a fact that Jason was a member of RA/AFA. So what? It is also a fact that we do not attack Matt Lygate in public, nor he us. We split in the mid eighties for reasons that do not concern you or Lees. So why the
Red Herrings?

I was in Clydeside Press today, a workers Coop, with a fine respected Socialist record. He confirmed that Mr Lees did not bump him for 700 but, nearer 1000. Mr Lygate also bumped him in the past, but that is neither here nor there, nor is there any cause to repeat it. Mr Lees problem stems
from the fact that we have always condemned sectarian bigotry and opportunism and the fact that we say so to Celtic fans Bands Alliance and our Irish Republican comrades. We have always resisted the "temptation" to
hawk goods at Parkheid, Bairds, Brazen Head, and other Celtic fan's haunts, as a matter of principle. Our Irish comrades are aware of that. we are a Scottish organisation and pretend to be nothing else. We are not a support group, nor would we expect our IRSP comrades to act as one neither. We do
not attack SF or any other Irish group. Only Irish groups, we believe, have that right. By Irish I mean those on the spot actually engaged in the struggle and it is up to them to decided the pros and cons of the peace
process. London based groups are notorious about telling others to run their revolution in the absence of running one in GB/UK land.

As for the remark about Lees being with his 4 year old boy. I reckon he would have been at least 8 years old, not 4. I challenged Steve to explain why he had not answered my letters to him and his London bosses on the lying letter he sent to the Bands Alliance. You asked me to make that public. I told you to verify it with the Bands and all the pubs Lees hung about. Lees shouted, I'm with my boy. I told him I just wanted and answer. I adhere to the old Glasgow tradition that you do not attack a ned when he is with a woman or child. He then got bold and told me to F** off, rather than answer me. Gwen from the CP, in Clyde Books told me that she did not want any trouble I assured her that was not my intention. Your wee fat hero then
tried a sneaky head butt while I was looking at Gwen (confirm it with her). I think he thought he could deck me. I head butted him back and battered into him. I stopped on Gwen's request. Only a coward would use his boy as a shield to try that on. Gwen suggested we go round the back shop to discuss the matter. Lees blamed his lies on Jimmy Wright of the Bands Alliance and
told me he was sorry and that I would not hear from him again. He pulled a CS canister and sprayed me in the eyes and tried to pull a weapon. I could barely see to belt him and he screamed for Gwen. When she came in he ran out of the shop and I have been looking for him since.

You seen to have illusions about him that no one else has. I have argued with the Brit left because of their disgraceful attitude to Scotland. But, I have never condoned any violence towards them, as your man has. It well known that he encouraged neds to attack anarchists and socialists with sticks or bats or other weapons. He broke an SWP girl's jaw outside of the Scotia Bar. Get him to deny that. The SWP told me that again this week and that they expelled him - and they do not expel people lightly. The Militant expelled him for pulling a knife at a meeting. The Labour Party expelled him for something similar. Twice that I heard he attacked people at a James Connolly meeting. One a fitness individual, who could have killed him easily He threatened Gerry Cairns, of the MacLean Society, SRSM, saying he would blew oor heids aff, if we wrote to the AP/RN condemning bigotry again, which
we did. Gerry was not frightened of the turd but made the mistake of trying to reason with him. This is what I pulled him up about in Clyde books, as well a s the lies he was bad mouthing about the SRSP and myself, as I feel I had every right to.

Do you not find it odd that a Scot should live in Llanidloes, Powys, Wales, pretending to be an Irishman and changed his English surname to that of a False Irish one? That is not a slight on English surnames. Just on those who pretend to be something they are not and adopts the politics of a sneak.

I could go on and on, but find it odd that you have met the man and have not heard this from every left group in Glasgow, nor sussed his character yet. Suffice to say I believe you owe the rest of the group an apology for
violating their trust.
