I think you could start by looking at A Star Called Henry by Roddy Doyle. Then look at some biogs of working class people who took part in the rising. Maybe then look at some histories of the Citizens Army Fox and others have done a few.
Maybe a project like this will help you take a bit of a break and take stock. You are young and everything seems so urgent and everything including your own minor problems seem so important when in reality they are of no real import or interest to anyone but yourself. I said to you ages ago post when you feel you have something of value to say, be active when you are making a contribution etc etc. If not leave it to others.
