I quite agree with the comment on top-Heavy stuctures. A competent commander can handle a large responsibility- we could do with more foot-soldiers out and about achieving objectives. I'll use this point to try and ressurect the argument i tried to provoke in 'Modern Socialism'- What is the RA readers vision for a progressive representation movement (excelent name there for anyone scared to say 'communist'). I'll tell you mine once i've sorted out the formless ideas in my head.
