Name: TAL
Country: Alba
The latest issue of TAL (No.29) -'Tiocfaidh Ar La - For Celtic and Ireland' - will hit the streets this Sunday before Celtic's match against Hearts.
This issue is a special one to commemorate the 1981 Hunger Strike. Most of the magazine is taken up with articles about the Hunger Strike and profiles of the Hunger Strikers.
For this one issue of TAL we are raising the cost of the magazine to 1.50. The extra 50p from every issue sold will be donated to the National Hunger Strikes Commemorations Committee, who have overall responsibility for organising events to mark the anniversary.
There's also articles about winning the league championship and the CIS Cup, as well as more on the Neil Lennon & sectarianism story; plus 'Plastic Paddies'; Interview with the editor of Left Republican Review (LRR); Interview with former Armagh Woman POW; Interview with Owen Carron (Bobby Sands' election agent & successor as MP for Fermanagh & South Tyrone).
The fanzine is available at the matches or from the usual outlets in Scotland, England, Wales & Ireland.
