Dangers of Postal voting

Postal Voting has been hailed as the possible saviour of the democratic system. Given that some single private addresses in Oldham received up to 200 ballots and there was a huge demand for postal votes in some, predominantly Asian wards in Bradford, is there any concern about some future Imam casting a block vote for a Muslim Fundamentalist party in a future local or general election?

stand by the box

Don't put anyone between you and the ballot box. No postal voting. No electronic voting of any kind. Just mark your "X" and put it in the box. Have a trusted scrutineer at every voting station.

Check out how e-voting can be used to steal an election:

Got to agree with Ol Red re: postal voting. An X on a ballot paper has stood the test of time. The liberal establishment states that there are not enough people interested in voting (or politics) and hence new methods are required to get the electorate 'engaged'.
Dis-interest with the electorate is possibly because there is so little difference between the lib/lab/cons.

However, when the BNP are in the election it gets very interesting! The turn out goes up, the rhetoric gets personnal, the conservatives come last and there is plenty for the media to get their teeth into. Good for democracy ...thats the BNP.

After the march BNP supporters attacked a white 17 year old college student in a pub, screaming "white power" in her face. They also surrounded Labour Party National Executive Committee member Shahid Malik and threatened to kill him.

Now are you sure they were BNP supporters, and not just members of the public, disgruntled with the antics of the undemocratic left.? By the way.....Peter Sutclife (Yorkshire Ripper) was apparently a labour supporter.

Be Fair BNP supporter - prize goes to the winner in politics - you lost in years past and if the bubble bursts this time - the mountain will be a lot harder to climb.

The democracy being denied has meant old folk beiong threw out of care homes - youth given little or no education - the destruction of the workers rights - and a wholesale sell off of the Countrys assets. Its meant seeing 1 in 10 of our community with drug and or alcohol problems and a UK child attempting to kill him or herself every half hour.

If you think Nick Griffin sticking a bit of plaster on his mouth is symbolic of the past 2 decades of Class Warfare on the Poor - good luck to you.

You'll need it!

And a secret member of a 'Communist' cell (cell!), no doubt.

Anyway, how do you know? Do you go and visit him, or something?

Actually, Denis Nielsen was a supporter of far-left causes too.
And Gerry Gable was a thief and house-burglar.
Such moral behaviour! LOL

And I have it on good authority that the big nasty giant at the top of the Beanstalk sympathised with the NF!
