Can anyone explain the rationale behind National-Anarchism?

I'm totally bemused, although a wild guess would say it's coming from the same direction as Conservative-Libertarians just dimmer.
Is NA anything to do with some fash who quite fancy the idea of anarchism as no-one will tell them what to do but don't quite share the principles of Mutual Respect and Mutual Aid that anarchism promotes.
